LEATHER CARE DO'S AND DONT'S

LEATHER "DONT'S"
  LEATHER "DO'S"
i. Don't use plastic bags or coverings for storing leather, because they can cause excessive drying. Instead, protect stored leather with cloth.

ii. Don't store leather in hot areas, such as attics, or damp areas, such as cellars.

iii. Don't place leather garments in direct sunlight or heat for prolonged periods of time.
  i. Store your leather coat or jacket on a well-shaped wooden, plastic or padded hanger.

ii. Remember that leather breathes - that's what keeps it soft and supple. Store leather in a well-ventilated, cool, dry place.

iii. Keep in mind that wrinkles and creases in leather and suede generally will hang out.
